We take the security of your data seriously.

Storage

Your personal profile data is securely hosted on our Supabase infrastructure located in the AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany) server region to ensure low-latency connectivity and compliance with robust data protection standards.

Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will purge your data within 30 days.

Encryption

All data transmitted between the Onsight app and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS.
